The Africa Wealth Conference is an annual conference that seeks to play an important role in facilitating dialogue, advancing knowledge and information about wealth creation and wealth management opportunities in Africa.

 

The ultimate goal is Wealth Creation for all Africans and Africa Economic Development.

 

The Africa Wealth Conference in 2023 will be an in person conference based out of Nairobi, Kenya and the Theme is “Transforming Africa through Wealth Management and Legacy Planning by African Families”. The Stakeholders who will be attending the AWC2023 are from various African countries, the African Diaspora & the global investment community including wealth practitioners

Main Objectives of the conference are

The Africa Wealth Conference targets Affluent & High Net worth Individuals and Families, African Diaspora and Wealth Advisors who are interested in building generational wealth and wealth management in Africa.

With the high potential for wealth creation in Africa, the conference looks to have great discussions with custodians of wealth and wealth owners in Africa, to enable the creation of generational wealth in Africa and support these families to invest sustainably to develop Africa. We look to showcase best practices in family governance and investment management.

The Specific objectives of the conference are:

  • Discuss the Wealth Management strategies for African families
  • Discuss Family Business management and succession planning
  • Discuss how Families can leave a legacy by investing and ensuring effective wealth transfer

The Expected outcomes of the conference are:

  • We expect approximately two hundred and fifty (250) participants to attend in person
  • Grow engagement between wealth advisors, legal advisors, tax advisors, premier & private banks and potential clients, by encouraging more Africans families to work with professional advisors to assist them to create and manage their wealth sustainably.
  • Ensure more family businesses have the right structures and use the best advisors to enable successful legacy businesses
